On stage now for the first time in MIFA’s history are all of Malaysia’s fashion organizations. MIFA, YODA, MODA, Islamic Fashion Alliance, and BDA.

Perhaps this is a sign that all future fashion events will be united under one roof.

We are in the company of Royalty people. The Selangor Sultan himself, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj. On stage now we have Deborah Henry and the ever lovable Edwin. The opening is short and sweet and now we listen to the opening speech by MIFA's founder. Stay tuned as we bring you more updates LIVE!

 

The MIFA Gala is now officially underway.  The guests are just about to pour in and everybody is dressed up to the nines. It’s been a hectic 5 days and we’ve seen everything from shocking to awe-inspiring designs.

Gillian Hung, as always dressed tmpress the likes of designers every, says she’s always impressed by the amount of work young designers put into their designs. She continues by saying more of these platforms like MODA need to be put in place to breed the next generation of Malaysian designers. We cannot agree more.
